The Keep Grapevine Beautiful board of directors is comprised of officers, committee chairs and city liaisons who provide direction for the organization.
If you are interested in learning more about Keep Grapevine Beautiful, come to one of our board meetings, held the second Monday of each month (excluding July and December) at The REC of Grapevine, 1175 Municipal Way at 6:30 pm.
Board members must live or work in Grapevine. Once elected to the board, terms are set for two years, effective October 1 – September 30. Only four years may be served in a single position (except for city liaisons). Board members attend monthly meetings, assist with setting committee direction, accomplishing goals, and representing Keep Grapevine Beautiful at various events.
Additionally, students who attend high schools (including homeschool) within Grapevine are invited to join the board as liaisons who facilitate more effective communication and partnership between local campuses and the organization and increase campus participation in activities.

Executive Director
Cindy is the Volunteer Services & Beautification Manager for the Grapevine Parks & Recreation Department and has worked in the non-profit space since 1997. She enjoys working closely with volunteers to improve the quality of life for citizens and visitors to Grapevine. Cindy’s interests include reading, travel and being outdoors. Cindy and her husband Tim have two children.
Acting President
Lori moved to Grapevine in 2009 when she married her husband, Jeff, and has since fallen in love with all the city has to offer—from its walkable downtown to its lake parks and its convenient, central location within DFW. She works for the North Central Texas Council of Governments, managing programs that support regional air quality. It was through a coworker that she first learned about opportunities to get involved with Keep Grapevine Beautiful.
Lori and Jeff enjoy volunteering each year at Main Street Fest and GrapeFest, and they take full advantage of living near DFW International Airport by traveling to a new international destination each year.
Treasurer
Matt grew up in Brighton, Michigan and has spent the past 18 years working in the pilot training center at American Airlines. When searching for a place to call home, he immediately connected with Grapevine, drawn to its resemblance to the community he loved in Michigan. After settling into his home in 2015, Matt began exploring Grapevine Lake by kayak and quickly noticed the amount of litter that accumulated along the shoreline. His desire to help sparked his introduction to Keep Grapevine Beautiful, where he joined the Adopt‑An‑Area program.
As he participated in park cleanups, habitat restorations, and roadway projects, Matt discovered how deeply the organization aligned with his passion for environmental stewardship. He volunteers at every opportunity, motivated by a commitment to making the community a place his children can be proud to grow up in.
Matt was honored to be invited to serve on the board, where he continues to contribute his enthusiasm, ideas, and collaborative spirit to further the mission of Keep Grapevine Beautiful.
Secretary
Having lived in the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex her whole life, Amy grew up in Carrollton and has lived in Grapevine since 2011. She never thought she would live on the Tarrant County side and now she can’t imagine living anywhere else! Amy sells homes in Denton, Dallas, and Collin Counties.
Amy has an outgoing personality and sharp brain skills to match. She’s a straight-shooting southern girl with a compassionate heart and a savvy business mind. She’s been part of the Adopt-An-Area program for several years, having adopted two areas.
Ray brings both professional expertise and a passion for the outdoors to his role as a Board Member for Keep Grapevine Beautiful. He holds a BPA from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi and an MBA from the University of Dallas. Since 2017, Ray has worked in the Finance Department at DFW Airport.
An avid hiker, bird watcher, and star gazer, Ray is committed to protecting and enhancing Grapevine’s natural spaces. He has been married for 24 years and is the proud father of four adult children and grandfather to eight grandchildren.
Travis has been with the organization in different capacities since 2017. First as a general board member then elevating to executive board as the secretary. He loves the city of Grapevine and works with the board to further beautify the city for the benefit of his fellow citizens of Grapevine. Travis also works as a contractor for The Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute, nonprofit research organization that seeks to empower patients and others with actionable information about their health and healthcare choices.
Travis’s interests include camping at various Texas state parks, traveling, reading and fishing. Travis and his wife Jinny have one daughter Kira, who attends Cannon Elementary School, and a four-legged furry puppy named Scarlett.
Chuck first moved to Grapevine in late 1986 because it was close to DFW airport for his work. After moving away to Houston for five years, Chuck, along with his wife and two kids, returned in 1992 and picked Grapevine again to live in. They have been here ever since and love it here. Chuck has always been civic minded, volunteering with his HOA for many years in his neighborhood. After retiring from work 2 years ago, he found that getting involved with Keep Grapevine Beautiful was a great fit. His hobbies include skiing, motorcycling, photography and just being in the great outdoors.
City Liaison
Jimmy is the Grapevine Environmental Services Department Liaison with over 15 years of work experience in the Environmental industry. He works closely with Keep Grapevine Beautiful to advise board of City of Grapevine Solid Waste compliance standards for events throughout the year. Jimmy’s interests including reading, fishing and other outdoor activities. Jimmy and his wife have three adult children.
