Waste Reduction

Reduce, Re-Use, Recycle – we all hear the phrase, but have you ever stopped to think about the order of these words?  The phrase happens to be structured in order of importance for waste reduction.

Keep Grapevine Beautiful supports the Household Hazardous Waste and Grapevine Recycles Day events hosted by the City of Grapevine Environmental Services Division. These annual collection events take place in the Spring and Fall and are offered at no charge to Grapevine residents. These waste reduction events allow citizens to dispose of hazardous materials of all kinds, including paint and yard chemicals, Styrofoam, E-waste and other hard to recycle items.

Waste reduction education is a priority for Keep Grapevine Beautiful. Our ECO Talks feature experts in existing and innovative fields that address this pressing topic. Go here to see upcoming ECO Talks and view past ECO Talks here.
