Earth Month Kick-off

April 2, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Let’s celebrate Earth Day all month! We’ll start at the Grapevine Botanical Gardens on April 2 with a fun class, How to Make an Insect Hotel. Then you can tour the Garden and meet our Beekeeper. He will talk about caring for the beehives and the importance of bees. There will also be a Master Gardener on hand to share information about the trees of the garden and you can make your own seed ball to take home. We’ll also begin the Earth Month Challenge for kids and families. This contest encourages everyone to clean up their neighborhood and rewards lucky participants with awesome prizes!

Registration isn’t necessary to visit the Garden; however, you do need to register for the insect hotel class (below). Space is limited to the first 55 registrants.
